Here at the SU, we are dedicated to making your student experience better.

We are a group of elected students who arrange and run events, provide advice and support services and work hard to support you throughout your time at Heriot-Watt University.

You'll find us in Pavillion 2, Flat 1 in the Jean Muir Student Village. Pop down for a chat with your VP Lucy Graham between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. As well as this, you'll also find the Union cafe, student shop and library on campus. 

The Thread - YOUR social space!

Based in the John Muir Student Village, it is the ideal place to chill with a coffee between lectures, catch up with your friends or even watch a movie! You can book the space for your events or parties or just head down to take your mind of uni work and play a game of pool.
