Here's some need-to-know info about life at Jean Muir before you arrive...

• What's my new address?

• Where can I do my laundry?
  Washing machines are available in the Laundry Room found on the ground floor of Pavillion 2.
• Where do I collect my post and parcels?
  Your post will be delivered to your respective mailbox once per day, Monday to Saturday. Mailboxes are located in the Gateway Building Reception and on the ground floor of the Pavilion Buildings. Parcels can be collected from reception in the Gateway Building. 
• Do I have a cleaner?
  Your flat will have an 'assisted clean' once a week but you and your flatmates are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness. You'll receive bin bags weekly and you need to dispose of rubbish in the appropriate waste of recycling bins. 
• Will I need some insurance?
  Endsleigh provides basic contents insurance (it does not cover mobile phones and laptops) within your accommodation. Enter your policy number, HH1074, to check the details of your cover and find out how to extend it. 
• Can I bring my car?
  Parking permits are available on a first come, first served basis from the Gateway Building Reception.
• What about my bike?
  Bikes can be stored in the outside bike racks and cannot be stored inside the building. You'll need to bring your own chain/padlock.
• What do I do if there's a problem in my flat?
  We hope you enjoy your time at Jean Muir, but if not, speak to a member of staff at reception or a Student Advisor in the High Mill Building.
