Here's some need-to-know info about life at Muriel Spark before you arrive...

• What's my new address?

• Where can I do laundry?
  The laundry room is inside the building, for directions head to Reception (you need your key card to access the facilities). You need to purchase a card to use the machines - it costs £2.70 per wash and £1.40 per dry. Watch this video, it explains everything you need to know!
• Where do I collect my post and parcels?
  Your post will be delivered to your respective mail box once a day, Monday to Friday. Parcels sent through Royal Mail should be collected from your hall Housekeeper or Porter.
  
• Do I have a cleaner?
  Cleaners clean all public areas once a week but it is yours and your flatmates' responsibility to leave these areas in an acceptable condition for staff to clean. 
• Will I need insurance?
  Endsleigh provides basic contents insurance (it does not cover mobile phones or laptops) within your accommodation. Enter the policy number, HH1074, to check the details of your cover and find out how to extend it. 
• Can I bring my car?
  You can bring your car but please only park in the designated car parks. Spaces outside the accommodation are reserved for disabled badge holders. 
• What about my bike?
  Bikes need to be stored in the designated bike shelters and NOT in flats, bedrooms or hallways. You'll need to bring your own chain/lock and we recommend taking out bike insurance.
• What do I do if there's a problem in my flat?
  We hope you enjoy your time at Muriel Spark but if not, speak to your Hall Supervisor or Warden who are always available for a chat.
