By ESussex 01 Apr 2022

If you are living in the Student Village, collection of parcels is from N Block Customer Services.

UWE provides a discretionary service to ensure the safe/secure receipt of your parcels where the courier isn't able to deliver to you directly.

Any couriers delivering to campus will attempt to deliver parcels directly to your flat.  If you're not home, the parcel will be received at N Block's customer service desk as soon as possible afterwards.

Your parcel is then logged for collection and you'll receive a notification email with details of how to collect it. Collection of parcels is from Accommodation Customer Services in Room 2N001.
