Recipe of the week - Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

150 g natural greek yoghurt
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 banana
1 tbsp almond coconut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup chocolate buttons
1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
1/3 cup almond flakes

Steps

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Serve with fruit, nuts, chocolate, etc of your choice!
