Provost Skene's House
Provost Skene’s House is an ancient townhouse dating from 1545 and is the oldest such house in Aberdeen City.
A public and free of charge museum, it boasts a Hall of Fame of notable Aberdeen citizens, both current and historic. It features famous sports people, artists, writers and musicians, in addition to medical pioneers, scientists and archaeologists.
A visit to this museum is a must for anyone interested in the history and the people of Aberdeen.
