Green Tea Tonic Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings of approx. 300ml

65g carrot
500g orange, peeled
240ml green tea, using 2 bags

Method

  • Infuse 2 green tea bags in water for 6 minutes, allow to cool
  • Thoroughly wash carrot and orange then drain excess water
  • Juice the carrot and orange together
  • Add cooled green tea, stir well and serve

Enjoy!
