Welcome to our community. Here, you can get to know some of our friendly faces in accommodation. Our team will be here to welcome you when you arrive in halls of residence to help you get checked-in, settled and start enjoying your University experience!

Mahesh - Helpdesk Operator (The City)

Helps to run our 24/7 on-site reception at Nixon Court where you can collect your post, borrow DVDs and games, access support services and much more. If you have any questions you can contact reception any time on +44 (0)116 252 2428 or at accommodation@le.ac.uk.

You'll meet our Helpdesk Operators on arrival welcoming you at the key collection points!

Megan - Assistant Manager (The Village)

Manages the Residence Life team in The Village, including our Residential Advisers (who run all the events and activities in halls of residence) and reception team. All our team leaders and managers are also trained to provide direct welfare support and signpost to the University services where required.

Pete - Facilities Operations Manager

Oversees the housekeeping and maintenance teams in halls of residence to ensure all our rooms are clean and ready for your arrival. If you have any maintenance/cleaning problems you can report them using our online maintenance form at www.le.ac.uk/maintenanceform.

Aisha - Residential Adviser (The Village)

One of our current students working with the accommodation team. The Residential Advisers are here to help you settle in, answer your questions and run lots of events and activities in halls of residence! You can take a look at an example events calendar to see what's in store.

Ann-Marie - Team Leader (The Village)

Our team leaders run the site receptions, provide student support, arrange keys and room transfers and manage the Helpdesk Operators.You'll be able to speak to them in your site reception and at the check-in desks during arrivals!
