Direct Debit Information

Not sure how to pay for your Accommodation Fees?

We suggest that you set up a direct debit mandate. This is the preferred method of payment for your accommodation fees. All you need is a UK bank account (this can be your own account or the account of a 3rd party – i.e. your parent/guardian)

Once you’ve filled in your direct debit form just hand it back to the cashiers office in the MX building, or the WA building at Walsall or the Accommodation Services Office. Alternatively you can post it to:

University of Wolverhampton, PO Box 4018, Finance Department, Wolverhampton, WV1 1WF.

Your details will be processed by the finance department and collections will be made on the following dates:

  • 18th October 2016
  • 10th January 2017
  • 25th April 2017

You will be informed by e-mail of the amount and the date of collection at least 10 days before the collection date

If you lived in halls last year and had a direct debit set up then you DO NOT need to fill in another direct debit form as it should just carry over from last year. You will receive advance notification of your payments as detailed above.
