#MentalWellbeing: Are you stressed?
There are certain periods in life (and student life especially) when you may feel stressed out and a bit overwhelmed...
That's completely normal!
One thing that will help with this feeling is taking control of it and managing your stress the best you possibly can. This can be difficult BUT there are things that you can do to help you.
Watch this video with psychotherapist Gareth Hughes, who works with Student Minds, who explains the difference between feeling stressed and stretched. Once you're aware of the difference between the two and how to cope with stress, you should be more aware of how to manage stressful periods of your life in the future.
For more information, head to the Student Minds website.
