The end date of your current stay in is approaching and it’s time for you to complete your online e-Departure process and arrange for your deposit refund!
You can logon to your portal and complete your e-Departure process using the link below.
Please select the Bookings – Arrivals and Departures section and then select e-Departure under the Planned Departure section.
You will need to click on Register for a new account in order to process your online deposit return
In order to get your deposit refunded, you will need to provide us with the details of the bank account you would like your deposit refunded to. You can do this online as part of the e-Departure process.
It is important that you provide us with this information as soon as possible as any delay could result in the delay of your deposit refund.
