We recommend doing all the exercises 3 times with as little rest as possible. You can also choose to do both circuits or do them 1 day at a time.

- Shoulder press machine - 10 reps
- Leg press machine - 10 reps
- Seated row - 10 reps
- Hamstring curl - 10 reps
- Dead bugs - 10 reps
- Kettlebell sumo deadlift - 10 reps
- Chest press machine - 10 reps
- Single leg - leg press - 10 reps
- Pull down machine - 10 reps
- Outer thigh machine - 10 reps
- Plank - 30 seconds
