We recommend doing all the exercises 3 times with as little rest as possible. You can also choose to do both circuits or do them 1 day at a time.
- Shoulder Taps - 8 on each side
- Plank - hold for 30 seconds
- Dead bugs - 8 on each side
- Side plank with leg lift - 8 on each side
- Russian twists no weight- 8 on each side
- Alekna - 20 seconds
- Crunches weighted with 5-20kg - 10 crunches
- Dead bugs - as many as possible 20 seconds
- Bicycle crunches - 20 seconds
- Russian twists with 5-20kg weight - 10 on each side
- Side plank - hold for 20 seconds
