EXERCISE: Dumbbell Press.
BENEFITS: Core muscles, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps.
HOW TO: Start with a weight in each hand, and bring the weights up to shoulder height. Power your arms upwards, till they are fully extended, then slowly lower them back down to shoulder height. Remember to keep your core engaged throughout.
TIPS FOR BEGINNERS: Start with a light weight in each hand to begin with, and just get the movement going.
