HEALTH & WELLBEING
ShelfHelp
University is an exciting and fulfilling time for many students. However, you may find yourself facing challenges that you have not come across before. There are several resources available to students that you can access for information and advice on how to cope.
ShelfHelp is a collaborative project, designed by the Library and the Counselling and Wellbeing service. Here you will find books, advice, personal stories and more on topics ranging from body image and eating to gender, sexuality and relationships. https://library.rgu.ac.uk/shelfhelp
Please remember that if you are struggling, it is important to reach out and let somebody know.
