A confidential and impartial space to process your shift in safety. A time for yourself to check in emotionally and express how you are coping.
What can I talk about?
We’d like to hear from you if it is work-related.
We will want to help if you: Feel like crying, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or feeling angry or less tolerant. We would also like to hear from you if you have experienced trauma, or if there are growing pressures in the workplace.
