By JCooper 04 May 2020

During the Covid-19 outbreak the RGU Counselling and Wellbeing department are offering support for students working on the frontline

To accommodate shift patterns the service is available:

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 8.00pm - 10.30pm

Bookings made through ASK RGU

What’s on offer

A confidential and impartial space to process your shift in safety. A time for yourself to check in emotionally and express how you are coping.

What can I talk about?

We’d like to hear from you if it is work-related.

We will want to help if you: Feel like crying, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or feeling angry or less tolerant. We would also like to hear from you if you have experienced trauma, or if there are growing pressures in the workplace. (This service is in addition to the Student Counselling service which is still available to you by contacting us through ASK RGU or by calling 01224262120)
