Workout of the Week 1st February 2020

We're back with another Workout of the Week for you to try!



This week Ellen brings you a Tabata workout that focuses on the lower body. There's 3 different rounds to try and each round has two different exercises.



Round 1 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.



Bodyweight Squats (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Alternate Lunges (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Repeat 8 times.



Round 2 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.

Mountain Climbers (20 seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Plank Walk Ups (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest

Repeat 8 times.



Round 3 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.



Glute Kickback (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Glute Bridge (20 Seconds)

10 Seconds Rest
