Workout of the Month - March

Hello, and welcome to our new segment, Workout of the Month!

If you go to the gym, but are not really sure of what to do, then we are here to help. Check out the workout below, with links to each exercise and get started!

This workout should take around 45 minutes:

Set Treadmill on ‘2-Speed Interval’ Program for 15 minutes, with a slow jog, and fast run speeds.

Run for 4 minutes - (1 min 30 slow, 1 min fast, 1 min 30 slow) then press 'PAUSE'

Do the following four times:

10 Press Ups, 10 Squats, 10 Crunches

Run for 4 minutes - (1 min slow, 1 min fast x2) then press 'PAUSE'

Do the following four times:

10 Tricep Dips, 10 Lunges, 10 Bicycle Crunch

Run for 4 minutes - (1 min slow, 2min fast, 1 min slow) press 'PAUSE'

Do the following three times:

10 Squat & Press, 5 Burpees

 Run for 3 minutes – (3 mins fast)

DONE!

Well done. Try to complete this once a week to really improve your fitness, shed fat, and help with toning.
