30 second Squat Thrusts

30 second Shoulder Press

30 second Squat Jumps

 

20 sec Plank, 20 sec Side Plank each side x2

10 Reverse Crunch/40 Bicycle Crunch

X2

 

30 second Chest Press

30 second Lat Pulldown

30 second Lunges

30 second Lateral Raise

(Same as above, with same cardio exercises)
