Workout of the Month - July

Summertime - Let's get outside...

Hit the outdoor gym and make use of the surrounding area with this month's workout.

Single Leg Step Up - 10 each side

Chest Press - 15 reps

Ab Work - 10 reps

Bench Jumps - 12 reps

Pull Ups - 6 reps

Tricep Dips - 15 reps

Do the above in a circuit fashion, completing it 4 times! Then head over to the trees and finish with:

20 Shuttles

With any luck you will have caught a bit of sun as well!!
