Workout of the Month - April

This month's workout is a fat blasting special to kick start your summer body makeover! Be prepared for some hard work!

30 second Press Up

30 second Jumping Jacks

30 second Bent Over Row

30 second Burpee

30 second Squats

30 second Squat Thrusts

30 second Shoulder Press

30 second Squat Jumps

Do the above with minimal rest, then get on with the following Core work...

20 sec Plank, 20 sec Side Plank each side x2

10 Reverse Crunch/40 Bicycle Crunch x2

Do the below in the same format as the start, with the same high intensity exercises in between. Remember, no rest!

30 second Chest Press

30 second Lat Pulldown

30 second Lunges

30 second Lateral Raise
