What's on this weekend?

At a loose end and looking for something to do this weekend? Come along to one of our fitness classes to get your exercise fix!

All of our classes at the weekend are included as part of the membership, so there's not extra cost if you hold a membership with us. Classes are priced at £5.10 for non-members.

Not sure what our classes involve? Here is a quick description!

Tabata - 30 minute high intensity workout based in the gym using different machines/equipment working at intervals of 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.

Spin Express - Fun and invigorating cycling class and a 30 minute blast!

Abs - A quick 15 minute intense blast of abdominal work.

Legs, Bums & Tums - A popular class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

Spin Circuits– Combining spin and circuits into one fun workout.

Kettlebells - Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Suitable for all fitness levels.
