Weekend Fitness Classes

Looking for a weekend workout?

We have classes on Saturday and Sunday! To book a space please email sportsreception@qmu.ac.uk

Saturday

10.30 - 11.00 - Tabata


11.00 - 11.30 - Spin Express
11.30 - 11.45 - Abs



Sunday

10.00 – 10.30 - Legs, Bums & Tums 

10.30 - 11.15 -  Spin Circuits

11.30 - 12.00 - Kettlebells

Not sure of what these classes are? Here's a quick description!

Abs - A quick 15 minute intense blast of abdominal work.

Kettlebells - Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Spin Express - Fun and invigorating cycling class and a 30 minute blast!

Tabata - 30 minute high intensity workout based in the gym using different machines/equipment working at intervals of 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.

Spin Circuits– Combining spin and circuits into one fun workout.

Legs, Bums & Tums - A popular class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.
