20.15 - 20.45 - Legs, Bums and Tums

 

Kettlebells - Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Spin Express - Fun and invigorating cycling class and a 30 minute blast!

 

Yoga Flow - fairly energetic flowing yoga sequences with emphasis on alignment and building strength.

 

Insanity - A cardio class based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. No equipment or weights needed.

 

Boxfit - Fun, fast, high rep workout that builds muscular endurance as well as

strength. Ideal for all from beginner to advanced.

 

Spin - Fun and invigorating cycling class that is great for increasing fitness.

 

Legs, Bums & Tums - A popular class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

 

Zumba* – Dance your way to a fitter you with this Latin dance workout
