Tuesday Fitness Classes

Here is a list of classes on offer at the Sports Centre on Tuesday!

 All of these classes are included as part of your membership, so there’s no extra cost if you want to give any of them a go.

08.00 - 09.00 - Yoga Flow

12.15 - 12.45 - Spin Circuits

13.00 - 13.30 - Strength & Tone

17.30 - 18.15 - Pilates

18.20 - 19.20 - Pump Fx

19.30 - 20.15 - Spin

20.15 - 20.45 – Circuits

 

Treadfit - a 30 minute class on the treadmill at a variety of intensity levels covering intervals, hills and flat sprints. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Yoga Flow - fairly energetic flowing yoga sequences with emphasis on alignment and building strength.

 

Spin Circuits– Combining spin and circuits into one fun workout.

 

Strength & Tone - A class designed to strengthen and tone the body using barbells and dumbbells.

 

Pilates – Strengthen and tone muscles all over your body with these easy to follow and easy to perform low impact, low rep conditioning exercises.

 

Pump FX - Fun weights based exercise to music workout designed to improve muscular definition, build strength and burn those calories.

 

Spin - Fun and invigorating cycling class that is great for increasing fitness.

 

Circuits - A combination of cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. Ideal for all fitness levels.
