Thursday Fitness Classes

Here is a list of fitness classes on offer this Thursday @ QMU Sports. To book a place on any of the class contact sportsreception@qmu.ac.uk

07.45 - 08.15 - Treadfit

12.15 - 13.00 - Body Tone

13.00 - 13.30 - HIIT Fit

17.15 - 18.15 - Spin Circuits

18.15 - 18.30 - Abs

18.30 - 19.15 - Strength and Tone

19.30 - 20.00 - Beginner Spin

Not sure of what our classes entail? There's a quick description below!

Treadfit - a 30 minute class on the treadmill at a variety of intensity levels covering intervals, hills and flat sprints. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Body Tone - Yoga and Pilates combine to improve flexibility, build strength and tone the whole body.

HIIT Fit - A fun, heart pumping, total body workout that combines cardio exercises with strength and conditioning work in short bursts.

Spin Circuits– Combining spin and circuits into one fun workout.

Abs - A quick 15 minute intense blast of abdominal work.

Strength & Tone - A class designed to strengthen and tone the body using barbells and dumbbells.

Beginner Spin - A 30 minute class with lower intensity than our full spin class allowing newcomers to give it a go.
