The power of 5!

We are pleased to let you know that we have increased the permitted number of weekly sessions from three to five.  You are still able to book up to 1 week in advance for our Fitness Suite, Weights Room and the Studio Pods.  Just to remind you, the studio pod is a marked space where you can use a spin bike, step box, studio bar & weights and an aerobic mat.  We have a workout written up on the board for you to follow if you would like a bit of inspiration.

 

To book your session, please log in to our online booking system or contact the Sports Team at sportsreception@qmu.ac.uk or by calling 0131 474 0000 and ask for ‘sports’. 

If you can no longer attend a session that you have booked, please could you kindly cancel the session with as much notice as possible.  It only takes a moment to do through the booking system or by contacting the Sports Team.  This will enable another customer to book the slot.
