Are you struggling, procrastinating, having problems with timekeeping? Are you feeling homesick, lonely or unfocused?
Come along to the four-week Starting University Group where we can explore the issues you might be struggling with that are related to your university life. The group is run by QMU’s Wellbeing Adviser.
The group will last for an hour and we'll discuss strategies for managing the areas of your life that you want to improve through practical exercises and handouts.
The group will run every Wednesday from 4th – 25th October, from 3pm – 4pm in the Contemplation Room (1208).
No need to book just turn up.
