Our fitness classes are just what you need to get you started!

 We have 8 different classes for you to choose from. To book a space on any them

12.15 - 13.00 - Pilates

13.00 - 13.30 - Circuits

17.30 - 18.15 – HIIT Fit

18.30 - 19.15 – Spin 

19.15 - 19.30 – Abs

19.30 - 20.00 - Beginner Spin

20.00 - 20.45 – Kettlebells

20:00 - 21.00 - Zumba*

 Pilates – Strengthen and tone muscles all over your body with these easy to follow and easy to perform low impact, low rep conditioning exercises.

 Circuits - A combination of cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. Ideal for all fitness levels.

HIIT Fit - A fun, heart pumping, total body workout that combines cardio exercises with strength and conditioning work in short bursts.

Spin - Fun and invigorating cycling class that is great for increasing fitness.

Abs - A quick 15 minute intense blast of abdominal work. 

Beginner Spin - A 30 minute class with lower intensity than our full spin class allowing newcomers to give it a go.

 Kettlebells - Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 Zumba* – Dance your way to a fitter you with this Latin dance workout.

 *Additional charge applies as this is not included in the sports membership.
