Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, NVQ Level 2 Instructing Exercise and Fitness Gym-Based Exercise, Eastern Body massage, Indoor Group Cycling, Boxercise Class Instructor, HSE First Aid at Work, ILM Level 2 Team Leading Qualification, Fitness Scotland Circuits Instructor, Insanity Instructor.
My interest in health and fitness started at an early age through a passion for playing football. This commitment has continued through my adult life having played competitive football for over 20 years.
I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry that ranges from class and gym instruction. In order to progress my career further I undertook the necessary training to achieve my qualification in Personal Training. I now work with a wide range of clients on a 1:1 basis helping them achieve their fitness goals.
I take great satisfaction in helping people make positive changes towards a more healthy and active lifestyle.
