Qualifications: BSC Hons Nutrition, REP’s Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Indoor Group Cycling, First Aid at Work
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and experienced gym and fitness class instructor interested in the wholistic approach to health and wellbeing. Combining the knowledge gained in my various fitness qualifications and my BSC Hons in Nutrition I enjoy helping others realise their health goals. I also teach on the Level 2 Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal training courses on offer at QMU, a role which gives me great satisfaction as I get to review and pass on the knowledge I have gained over the years to new instructors. I am very passionate about health and have a particular interest in plant based nutrition, which I have experimented with for well over a decade. Outside the gym I enjoy cycling, the countryside, reading and making music.
