Jessica's Blog: Games We Play, Band Review

By Megan 03 Nov 2017

Games We Play are certainly one band that are sure to have you doing some jumping around your living room like a complete lunatic - one of their many charms – in addition to singing along to their unforgettable lyrics. Each song is laced with infectious beats and equally as consuming lyrics performed with such passion and energy by this Florida based band. Despite the band being in their early days they have achieved a huge support and have already had the ability to tour. Despite this not going to plan they have persevered and continue to please fans and perform their EP “Play Games & Die” in various locations.

As a band, these guys have managed to keep a classic pop-punk vibe to their music while creating fresh feel good songs. Although lyrics to songs such as “Talking in my Sleep” and “Trouble” are simple they are without a doubt effective in both conveying a story and complimenting the musical background. Music videos and tour vlogs found on YouTube are perfect examples of the bands vocal range and musical abilities as well as displaying the great personalities of each member as well as the band as a whole. On saying this, Spotify is the place to be when listening to various songs by the band and with the ability to save and download them you will be singing them for weeks on end!

Look out for new videos and any updates as well as tour dates including upcoming gigs.

Also check out my short interview with the guys on my personal blog.
