Struggle to eat healthily?
BaxterStorey is here to help! We've put together our Healthy Me! information table in The Shop to give you all the information you need on achieving a balanced diet.
We have some top tips on staying healthy, including:
- Eat at least one portion of oily fish a week. Try wrapping some salmon in greaseproof paper with couscous, sundried tomatoes and spring onion - pop it in the oven for 18 minutes and you're good to go!
- DON'T skip on breakfast! No time before work? Pop into 1875 and help yourself to our selection of cereals or pick up a fruit pot in the shop.
- Keep hydrated with water. You can buy a bottle of water in 1875 from only 65p!
