The second installment of our Winter Bootcamp series begins on MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER @ 6.45AM.
The course will run from Monday - Friday, giving you 5 consecutive days of fitness.
DID YOU KNOW?
To stay healthy, adults aged 19 to 64 should try to be active daily and should do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity such as cycling or brisk walking every week and strength exercises on 2 or more days a week that work all the major muscles (Click here to view source).
Our Bootcamp can help you cover all bases to maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Exercising in a group environment is not only fun but it's a great way to meet new people too!
What is Bootcamp like?
Our Bootcamp gives you a total body workout that will challenge your fitness levels with a combination of bodyweight, resistance and cardio exercises that will help boost your strength, endurance and stamina. It is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Our Bootcamp can help you cover all bases to maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Exercising in a group environment is not only fun but it's a great way to meet new people.
How much does it cost and how can i book?
