Are you a vegetarian or meat avoider?

By Megan 10 Jan 2020

The Scottish Centre for Food Development and Innovation (based at QMU) is looking to gather data on consumer perception of vegetarian products and a brand new meat replacement concept.

We are looking for students who are -

-        actively avoiding meat; AND

-        regularly purchase meat replacement products e.g. Quorn, Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan and Jackfruit.

These taste panels are not suitable for vegans.

The panel will take approx. 40 minutes and you will receive a £10 Amazon or John Lewis voucher for your time.

Location: Sensory Suite, QMU

If you are interested in finding out more please contact consumerpanels@qmu.ac.uk for an application form.
