5 winter delights you can make in a MUG!
Now it's starting to get colder, winter comfort foods are a must.
That's exactly why we have put together 5 delicious delights that you can make in a mug. So, quit slaving over the stove, cooking in a mug is the new thing. Now just pick up your favourite mug and get going!

- Crack an egg into your microwave safe mug - beat until even in colour and add milk.
- Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. It won't take long so keep checking on it.
- Once it is cooked, sprinkle salt and pepper over and make some toast.

- Put your pasta and water in a mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir and then pop back until all the water has been absorbed.
- Stir in the milk and grated cheese and microwave for a final 30-60 seconds. Stir well, and enjoy!

- Put all the ingredients in your mug (make sure it all fits), and whisk well until smooth.
- Microwave on full power for 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked, add whipped cream and another spoonful of Nutella for extra tastiness!

- Microwave butter in your mug until it has melted.
- Add in the sugars, vanilla extract and salt and mix together.
- Mix in the egg yolk and the chocolate chips.
- Pop your mug in the microwave for 40-50 seconds and your chocolate chip cookie is complete. If you fancy, add in a dollop of ice cream too.

- Microwave butter in your mug until it has melted.
- Add in egg and milk and mix, then add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add a tablespoon of salted caramel to the top of the mixture, this will sink as it cooks and leaves you with a gooey caramel centre.
- Microwave for another minute - the pudding should have risen at this point. If undercooked, microwave it again for just 10-15 seconds.
- Drizzle the top with the second tablespoon of salted caramel. Yum!
We can't think of much better snacks on a typical lazy day than these easy but delish delights for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Enjoy!
