Ziferblat - a new café experience

By birleyjamie 11 Feb 2017

If you’re looking for somewhere new or different to hang out in Manchester, there’s a quirky place in the Northern Quarter that is worth checking out.

Ziferblat is a new kind of café experience where you pay for the time you spend there rather than individual items. They charge 8p a minute up to four hours, then even if you spend longer than that there, you’re only charged for four hours.

While you’re there, there are lots of things to do. Books and board games are provided as well as a selection of hot and cold food and drinks, which you prepare yourself, and they even cater for food intolerances by offering gluten free options.

They even hold specialist events for various kinds of things such as creative writing, yoga and martial arts but you do need to buy a ticket for those events.

It’s worth checking out as a cheaper alternative to going for lunch or buying an expensive coffee!
