World Mental Health Day!
When? 10th October 12-4pm
Where? The Union, Meeting Room 4
What? A collaboration between Residential Life, The Union, MMU Sport, and Counselling and Wellbeing.
The event is open to all, and is completely free! This is a chance to access free support and information about wellbeing and mental health. Pop by to see how sport can help with your Mental Health and wellbeing, as led by MMU Sport.
We also have lots of games and activities for you to participate in; including Arts & Crafts, Lego, games consoles… and a big project which will be revealed on the day! Come and enter a tombola to raise money for Manchester Mind.
The first 30 people receive a free goody bag (but you will have to be quick, once they’re gone, they’re gone!)
There is no need to sign up or book, just turn up and celebrate World Mental Health Day.
And there are even free snacks!!
The event is open to all students and staff, so spread the word and celebrate your mental health!
