Student life can be tough. With so much to balance, we can forget to look after ourselves- especially our mental health.
Luckily, as an MMU student, it's easy to get help with anxiety, stress, sleep and other problems with our courses or workshops. Designed to give you the tools to tackle everyday problems, they're free to attend and open to MMU students only.
Feel free to just come along to our workshops but if you want to partake in a course, you'll need to book a place.
Our courses are almost always oversubscribed so if you book and then decide not to attend, please do let us know with good notice.
