Weekly Mindfulness Sessions
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing greater attention to the present moment, gently becoming more aware of ourselves and what we’re experiencing and doing.
No experience is needed. No need to book, just turn up! Please be aware that these are practical sessions, so arrive promptly. We will put up a do not disturb sign once the session has started. Come to as many or a few as you like.
Dates: 7th, 14th and 21st March 2018
Place: MMU Library (All Saints Campus), Library Room 510 (go through main swipe entrance to library. Take the “All Floors” lift located by North Wing entrance. Exit lift on 5th Floor and turn left and left again, to behind lifts. Pass room L511 on your right. Room 510 is next room on the right)
Dates: Thursdays throughout the Spring 2018 term
Place: Wellbeing Room (Business School 1.14) come in through 1.13 and it's in front of you.
