Wake Up with a Workout

Ever feel like letting off some steam on a Saturday Morning after a lonnng week at University? Do you want to feel invincible like Rocky?

Wake up fresh and join us at the Sugden Centre every Saturday Morning - 10am till 11am for a Boxercise session you’ll be glad you woke up for.

Boxercise is completely different to other workouts because there’s not many other places where you can get away with punching and kicking the air without looking absolutely crazy.
