What is a HealthyU camp you may ask? Well, it is a structured eight-week fitness and nutrition programme, designed to help you, the students, gain a better understanding of all things fitness and nutrition. We hope to give you the tools to apply this new found knowledge to everyday life, changing your habits, and feeling confident in front of new friends. Sign up here.
You may also ask, what activities do we offer? We offer around 60 FREE classes and activities over the course of a week. Including Beginners Jogging Club every Wednesday 2pm-2:30pm, Boxercise every Saturday 10am-11am and Women’s Self Defence every Friday 5:15pm-6:15pm! What’s more to love?
