We offer around 60 FREE classes and activities over the course of a week. Including Beginners Jogging Club every Wednesday 2pm-2:30pm, Pilates every Wednesday 12:30-1:30pm and Women’s Self Defence every Friday 5:15pm-6:15pm! What’s more to love?
If you are a bit of a night owl, you could also join us at Twilight Yoga on a Tuesday and Thursday 8pm-9pm! Or Badminton on a Wednesday 8pm-10pm.
