Alcohol Awareness Week and Alcohub
Monday 13th November marks the start of national Alcohol Awareness Week 2017. The team at Res Life want to help you make informed choices about how much you drink.
How much should you be drinking?
The new guidelines say men and women are advised not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis - this works out to six pints of average-strength beer or 10 small glasses of low-strength wine.
Drinking more than this on a regular basis can seriously impact on your health and your looks...
Drinking five pints of lager a week adds up to 44,200 kcal over a year, equivalent to eating 221 doughnuts! And then just think of the inspired take away choices you might make on you night out and the hangover breakfast.
