Halls Trip - A look at the Civil Rights movement
With strict social distancing guidelines in place, we can't run our usual programme of trips and events. However, that isn't going to stop us learning something new and visiting famous sights from around the world!
This week we will be taking a look back at images and information from the Civil Rights movement, you can find out more here.
The civil rights movement was an organised effort by black Americans to end racial discrimination and gain equal rights under the law. It began in the late 1940s and ended in the late 1960s.
