KnowHow offers a series of workshops and events throughout the year. These workshops cover topics including managing exam stress, improving your writing and delivering expert presentations.

Shut Up and Write! - Thursday 23rd May 10:30 AM - 12 PM
(Sydney Jones Library, KnowHow Space)
During this session KnowHow staff will use the Pomodoro Technique to encourage focus and concentration on timed bursts of revision, followed by a short break where they provide drinks and biscuits. Bring revision with you! Book here.

Don't forget the university Counselling Service offers free and confidential advice to both students and staff and can provide help with exam relaxation techniques.
