This is your chance to try out some of the Sports Centre's most popular fitness classes for FREE at Carnatic Student Village as part of our Halls Give It a Go programme in association with Sport Liverpool.

What is HIIT?
Take on the 30-minute maximum intensity challenge! HIIT is a challenging class based on short bursts of maximum intensity, high-repetitions exercise with little rest, aimed at increasing your body’s stamina and fat-burning potential.
When is it and where is it?
These classes are FREE and are exclusively for current Hall residents. They'll be taking place on three Sundays this term, 3-4pm in the Herculaneum Room at Carnatic Student Village: 12/02/17, 26/02/17, 12/03/17.
If you want to take part in all three classes you will need to register for them separately each week.
