We hope your exams are going well and as you become closer to completing your first year in University we have put together some information to ensure your departure from halls runs as smoothly as possible. Please read the attached documents for further details which include a tick list of ‘things to do’ and a general information sheet.
Your departure date is Saturday 16th June 2017, Please see the catering times and dates below as there will be a slight change in times of service from Monday 11th June.
Monday 11th to Friday 15th June :
- Breakfast - 7.30am – 9.15am
- Evening meal - 4.30pm - 6.45pm
Saturday 16th June
- Breakfast - 9am – 10am
- No service after this.
When you depart from your room, all keys will need to be returned to reception. You must sign your keys back into reception upon your departure and you will be informed of any key charges you may have incurred. If you have stored your bike in the Bike Store area then you need to ensure you remove your bike and return the Bike Store Key to reception, failure to remove your bike will result in it being removed by Halls Management Team.
Please note – your room will be checked after you have signed your keys back into reception and you will be notified of any damage or cleaning charges incurred. Your deposit will be refunded within 4-6 weeks of departure, minus any charges incurred.
