Need to learn how to relax, refocus and feel motivated? Well, head to one of our mindfulness sessions...

There’s no need to book, just drop in! Sessions are free and open to both staff and students.

You can pop in on Mondays from 12:00 - 12:50 at our Headingley Campus.
