I'm still here, cigarette free and now I have a new goal: exercise. See how I got on!

I started my week off well with a couple of early morning gym sessions that made me feel great, until about an hour after. But it's safe to say my gym-ing will have to continue so that I stop thinking about having a cheeky cigarette walking home from uni.
Saturday night didn't phase me this week. It's getting too cold and rainy to stand outside! I was more than content on the dance floor with a couple of people while the rest of our friends headed to the smoking area. I even managed to avoid a takeaway too, opting for an oven pizza over Dominos.
A couple of stressful mornings doing coursework with no concentration did call for a ciggy, or 5. Unfortunately, Nicorette gum and Coke were my only friends but didn't really help my cravings Monday and Tuesday. I'm refusing to use the E-Cig too!
My sleep has also improved massively, I wake up occasionally anxious but I'm coping a lot better and get back to sleep fairly easily.
